Concept of “Salman Bhai” & “Rahul Bhai” is really works in India

In the recent election congress and alliance has chased their entire opponent. How and why?... These are two words now moves around us. Answers may be political situation, reliability of candidates and positive equation towards cast & religion etc.

There is another thing occurred in this decades elections; it is nothing but youth participation in public election. Now the youth are in key position with respect to political outcome. Today’s youth are sincere enough to take own decision for nation.
One side where the youth icon” Rahul Ghandhi” has changed all equation of opponents by own ultimate convincing approach; While another side a ballistic celebrity”Salman Khan” endorsement has made a wave (Chunavi Lahar) in the support of Congress in various place of election.

If we talk about association the Salman khan is the single celebrity in Indian Bollywood history that is discussed in most of the place across the India (especially in late comer state) as “Salman Bhai”. The world “Bhai” is itself say a lot what effect can it put in election kind of things. As of political buff evaluation Salman Khan is the magic man for political game now.

According to political out put he is truly better with 80% positive out come. Salman Bhai is that stimulus which may not as much affect to the some of people In metro cities, but “Bhai association” exactly work on the people from Shikohabad,Faizabad,Unnao,Kanpur,Sultanpur, Amethi and Chapra or Bhagalpur.
Now a days the association of “Bhai” world is actually adjoin to “Rahul Gandhi” also. During his visit in Amethi Loksabha area people addressed Rahul as “Rahul Bhaiyya” and some of youth specially communicate him as “Rahul Bhai”.

We can say the word “Bhai” is really works for Indian people. This association now plays a bigger role in politics other than untouchable issues. We know the people are mad to get glimpses of Superstar Salman Khan during the campaign, but this may not be a reason to support to candidate. Until unless the association of “Bhai” not rose; this is the pure reason because up to that extant the “Bhai” works no funda can. This is the reason why other celebrities were failing during their campaign.

MNS & Constitution Of India (MNS Activities are Anti social )

MNS Activities are Anti social .......

I am not talking about so far In the recent case.. MNS activist shown that what they can do for their worthless mentality.
Now these people says whole controversy started because of one person - Abu Asim Azmi. It was not their intention to lower the dignity of the House.According to constitutional experts, the suspension of MLAs can be revoked if MNS tenders an unconditional apology to the House.
But question is that this is the solution of these "sena people" those are against our constitution. i think no not at all.
On this particular controversy i have collected some of thoughts from various place & source that are as follows-

Vinay chaubey(software professional Delhi) : i think MNS should be legally regulate now.if i talk about Hindi, is equal to all language or far ahead MNS mentality.

Arshad Iqbal (software professional Delhi) :really very sad news what ever happen in Maharasrta assembly, I am waiting for Govt reaction on these responsible people, it may be a great lesson for MNS.

Sandeep srivastava (SEO manager): I belongs to Sitapur now i am working in Delhi, what the hell these MNS people did, this is the insult of our culture, it should not be regret @ any cost.

Prabhakar Srivastava (software professional Delhi): MNS is behaving like uncivilised, my suggestion is to them, They please visit whole india to learn our culture & Constitution.

Vaibhav bhandari (said in a blog)... Where is Raj Thaclarey? And where is his gang? Tell them that 200 NSG commandos from Delhi (all North Indians) being sent to fight the terrorists in Mumbai, so that he and his gang can sleep tension free. And where is Raj and his gang in driving these non-maharashtrians, non-Indians (the terrorists) out of Mumbai? Where is the courage gone now. Is this courage only for innocent and simple people?Raj is a hollow person from inside. He should shame on himself.

What will happen on December 21, 2012?

i have heard a lot regarding "December 21, 2012" ..What will happen on that day.
some where (in a reputed website) i read that ......According to scientists and technologists something strange is happening behind the scene. The terrestrial and solar polar reversal peaks are coming within three weeks of that day, December 21, 2012. Innumerable UFOs are scouting our skies regularly and increasing as we approach that day. The tectonic plate shifts, underwater volcanoes, earthquakes, landslides and Tsunamis are increasing at rates never seen before. The solar flares are increasing. The earth’s magnetosphere and ionosphere are experiencing strange disturbances. The numbers of typhoons and cyclones have increased many folds. The number of floods and droughts has increased beyond imaginations in the last ten years.
The biggest clue to what will happen comes from astrophysicists. There is a big possibility that the simultaneous polar reversal in earth and sun will throw the solar system out of whack. That will cause massive upheaval in the earth. At that point of time, the extraterrestrials will officially show up and put “cosmic seat belts” around us as they apply the superpower of the Hyperspace to bring the solar system back to what it is today.
but that is all about rubbish because no one can claim thai it will @ 21st of Dec 2012, why not one day ahead and before. i believe on Allah in this way i can say it is all about mis conception, it is not going to realize. but one thing i want tell you all we have to think about our earth, why we destroy its nature & cycle.

My PGDM day's @ IPM Ghaziabad

This is very enthusiastic to tell about my PGDM day's @ IPM (2008-2010) Ghaziabad. I was different when i came here but i was different when i exit from here. The major differentiation what i feel occur during my PGDM that was my attitude & commitment towards my studies & work.

i am very happy that i performed what exactly i want. there are some names i want to mentioned that made all the changes in my attitude & over all personality.

1. Rana Ma'am: She was the single person ever i have seen in my life; who behave like real teacher during my whole life. (what ever i will achieve in my professional life only credit goes to her, she always be in my dua )

2.Prof V P Mishra: A one man army, he was the real motivator for my life. the word commitment i heard from various people mouth but execution never seen as he made. whatever i develop management sense that all cause of him. (I never forget him, he will be a part of my auto biography )

3. Huma Ma'am: Every time people actions and words justify that what he/she stand for, same happen with this respective personality of my life. Huma ma'am was on of the silent mentor of my PGDM education. i was not lucky because i got a chance only in 1st semester to face her as a mentor. why i am using mentor word for ma'am because whatever she deliver...was hundred percent understandable. (I really respect you ma'am cause of your qualities and abilities)

4. Monika bansal: She was the youngest faculty of our college, she was very kind hearted . once i know today is her birthday. i was surprised because it was the day when she arrange a CSR activity, i was having namaz that day so i couldn't join that CSR activity but at the evening i realize that "Her birth day was totally dedicated to social activity". humanity always alive around us but we have to find it by real eyes. (In future i always keep this learning with myself)
